How to Get a Price Match

Simply order the product from our store, then use the form below to claim your discount. Please include your email, all of the details of the product you wish to purchase, including the brand, product number, and price. When we verify that the conditions below have been met we will adjust the price on your invoice and process your order.  Remember we at purewatercanada.com do not charge your card anything till we call you and confirm your order in person! orders placed are subject to our Warranty & Refund Policy once processed.

* Of course, we do have some rules and limitations.

1. Our guarantee applies only to websites run by Canadian corporations.
2. The product must be available in the same size, style, colour and model that it is on purewatercanada.com and must be in stock and available for purchase on the competitor’s website.
3. Prices will be matched on the products before taxes and shipping.
4. We will match competitors’ website prices any time BEFORE a purchase only.
5. We do not match PREVIOUS prices on competitor websites – only the CURRENT prices.
6. We DO NOT match prices found on auction websites, classified add websites, websites selling used/refurbished items, or websites not authorized by the manufacturer to sell their product.
7. We DO NOT match competitors’ rewards points programs, cash back, affiliate, etc. programs.
8. We DO NOT match mail-in rebates, or other types of deferred savings or competitors’ offers for gift cards, gift checks or free promotional products.
9. We DO NOT match membership or subscription pricing.
10. There is a limit of one guarantee claim per item, per person, per household.
11. The guarantee does not apply to purchases for resale or commercial purposes and is available to individuals only.
12. We require proof of the lower price in the form section, “Website where you saw the item” below.
13. Some brands may be excluded, as determined by the manufacturer and may  be out of our control.
14. We reserve the right to change or cancel the price guarantee at any time.
