Submersible water pumps (sometimes referred to as “submergible pumps”) are water pumps that can operate while fully submerged in water. Mechanical seals keep the water from entering the pump motor and causing a short circuit. Submersible pumps are used for many applications, the main purpose being to pump water from a source, such as a water well, to a desired destination. Of course, Franklin Electric carries more than submersible well water pumps. Alongside our clean water pumps, we also carry a variety of industrial waste water pumps and products for pumping sewage. Legend Tri-Seal The Standard Schaefer Legend 4″ submersible pump features the new TRI-SEAL floating stage system. This new stage system improves efficiency and protects against wear when pumping abrasives (sand). All Schaefer Legend pumps are unconditionally guaranteed against sand locking in abrasive well conditions for one full year. C Series Single Stage Convertible Jet Pump:Available in 1/3, 1/2 or 3/4 hp models. The C Pump is equipped with a stainless steel impeller for high performance and longevity.
