Eligible Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt.
The product must be unopened and uninstalled to be eligible for a refund.
Products that are open, used, or installed are not eligible for return.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at purewatercanadaretail@gmail.com within the 14-day window.
Products must be returned to our store location in Fergus, Ontario, between Tuesday to Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Please ensure the product is securely packed and include a copy of your original receipt or order confirmation.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned products.
Returned products shipped to us are at the customer’s expense.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued once the returned product is received and inspected.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Important Notice Regarding Consumer Rights
This return policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2002. If a product is defective or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund regardless of this policy.
